Return the form to Rachael along with a copy of your vaccination certificate and relevant entry fee.

Everyone who enters will get a place but they maybe as an individual if we cannot make a full team.

All team members must be members of the club for 2007 and the horse they ride must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate and passport. The dates on the vaccination certificate are checked before you compete. The team selector will check certificate dates before the competition to avoid disappointment. Incorrect certificates on the day of competition will result in elimination.

To be on a team please print off team letter and post it to me with correct entry fee(s) and a photocopy of your Vaccination dates and description of your horse.
