Closing dates: Wednesday of the week prior to
competition but earlier if full. Please enter early to
avoid disappointment. All entries must be accompanied
with full payment. Unfortunately no refunds after
closing unless a vet’s certificate can be shown.

Rules
1. The Organisers and Land Owners will not
hold themselves responsible for any incident or
injury to riders, owners, spectators or any other
person or property whatsoever, however caused. It
shall be deemed a condition of entry that each
entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters
against any legal action arising from such
incident.
2. Competitors are asked to wear correct
dress wherever possible and hard hats complying with
the BHS 3-point safety regulations must be worn at
all times when riding. We strongly recommend you
wear hats bearing the code EN13 84 PAS 015 prefix
SE1 or ASTN.
3. The competition will be run under British
Riding Club rules 2007.
4. The decisions of the judges and/or
organisers are final.
5. If there are insufficient entries sections
may be amalgamated. If class full before closing
date, the organiser reserves the right not to accept
further entries.
6.
Dogs
are allowed only in the car park and on lead
7. No refunds after close of entries unless a
vet’s certificate or doctor’s note is produced.
8. Please
clear all droppings/hay. No mucking out of trailers/lorries permitted
