Closing date for entries + withdrawals:

              Seven days before show date but may close earlier if class full.
              No refunds after closing date unless vet’s certificate produced

We want everyone to be able to do two tests at prelim and novice – if they want to.  Classes will be organised according to the entries we receive.

Rules 

1.   The Organisers and Land Owners will not hold themselves responsible for any incident or injury to riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever, however caused.  It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from such incident. 

2.   Competitors are asked to wear correct dress wherever possible and hard hats complying with the BHS 3-point safety regulations must be worn at all times when riding.  We strongly recommend you wear hats bearing the code EN13 84 PAS 015 prefix SE1 or ASTN. 

3.   The competition will be run under British Riding Club rules 2007. 

4.   The decisions of the judges and/or organisers are final. 

5.   If there are insufficient entries sections may be amalgamated. If class full before closing date, the organiser reserves the right not to accept further entries. 

6.   No refunds after close of entries unless a vet’s certificate or doctor’s note is produced.

8.   Please park tidily at Milton Keynes Event Centre and clear all droppings/hay. No mucking out of
      trailers/lorries permitted
