Entries:    Members £11 per class  Non-members £13 per class
                Late entries + £2  Cheques payable to AG&DRC

Closing date for entries + withdrawals:
                Saturday 8th March 2008
but may close earlier if class full
               
No refunds after closing date unless vet’s certificate produced

PLEASE NOTE: Classes will close if full before closing date. Entries will be returned if class full. Please enter early. Telephone entries will not be accepted and all entries must accompanied by correct entry fee.

Directions to Bury Farm EC
Head south from Leighton Buzzard on the A4146. (There is a Macdonald’s on the corner of the roundabout with the LB by pass and A4146.)  As you approach Billington, take first right to Little Billington and Slapton.  Follow the road out of Little Billington and just before you reach the sign saying that you have entered the village of Slapton, Bury Farm is on the right hand-side.

Sections

Class 1

     Section A:  Open to combinations  who have never been placed placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd or 4th at Prelim
                       level or above.  Please be honest!

Classes 2 and 3:
    
Section A:  Horse/rider combination not to have won at class level or to have BD points.

     Section B:  Open

Class 4:

     Section A: Combination not have been placed 1st – 3rd at class level or above or have BD points

     Section B: Open

Rules 

1.   The Organisers and Land Owners will not hold themselves responsible for any incident or injury to riders, owners, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever, however caused.  It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entrant shall agree to indemnify the promoters against any legal action arising from such incident. 

2.   Competitors are asked to wear correct dress wherever possible and hard hats complying with the BHS 3-point safety regulations must be worn at all times when riding.  We strongly recommend you wear hats bearing the code EN13 84 PAS 015 prefix SE1 or ASTN. 

3.   The competition will be run under British Riding Club rules 2007. 

4.   The decisions of the judges and/or organisers are final. 

5.   If there are insufficient entries sections may be amalgamated.  If class full before closing date, the organiser reserves the right not to accept further entries. 

6.    Dogs are allowed only in the car park at Bury Farm and on lead

7.   No refunds after close of entries unless a vet’s certificate or doctor’s note is produced.

8. Please park tidily at the back of Bury Farm and clear all droppings/hay. No mucking out of trailers/lorries permitted
