Harry Payne Dressage Camp


 
13th – 15th July 2008

Harry is a British Dressage trainer, a List 2 dressage judge and is a national level trainer.  He has competed and won at Intermediaire II and owns a livery and training yard in Northamptonshire.  Craig Millard has a degree in Equine Management, is a qualified saddler fitter working for the National Saddle Centre and is Harry’s yard manager.

The camp will be held at Harry’s yard in Silsworth Lodge, Crick, Northamptonshire – five minutes from J18 on the M1. 

Outline schedule

Ride a test + instruction or a lesson

 

There will also be the opportunity to watch Harry school his own horses.  There is plenty of off road hacking around the farm and cross country jumps.

Accommodation and food

Horses will be stabled on site in permanent stables on straw or shavings, which will be supplied.  Riders stay in horseboxes/trailers, tents, local B&B or hotels – accommodation list will be provided.  There is B&B for up to four people at Silsworth Lodge( cost circa £30/night).   Bring your own feed and hay, and BBQ!  

It is great fun with loads to learn and sessions can be arranged to suit.  The programme is very flexible.

Cost

Total cost £185 with a max number of 6 riders/horses per camp.  B&B and food is extra.

Please note: a refund can ONLY be given after the closing date if your place can be filled from the waiting list or, if there is no waiting list, you can find someone to take your place.   No refund can be given once camp has started, under any circumstances.
