bullet Club Members qualify for Chiltern & Thames Championships

Nicki King & Estow Conqueror  -  Elementary
Sarah Bryant & Victor - Preliminary and Novice
John Mears & Rio Grande - Novice
Tija Cowie - Preliminary
Lorna Cowie - Novice

Several AGDRC members have qualified for the 2006 Chiltern and Thames Dressage Championships at Keysoe on 9th April.

The Aspley Guise members won their classes at Leighton Buzzard Riding Club dressage shows this winter. It would have felt familiar territory to them though as Leighton Buzzard RC use Wing Jumping and Dressage centre as a venue too!

Chiltern and Thames magazine provide excellent coverage of the events in our region, run some prestigious championships across the

disciplines and offer readers the chance to enter competitions.

John Mears recently won a lesson with Beverly Brightman and is heading off to her yard soon to pick up some tips in time for the dressage championships. The lesson report will be featured in a future issue of the magazine but we might be able to read a little about it here first!

In addition to those who have qualified for the C & T Championships, Liz Williams has been chosen to feature in a magazine article about showing and we hope to be able to share her story - check out Liz's report on Clyde's maxi cob venture in the meantime.

Would any of our members who have also qualified for the championships please let Alison Kenward know as soon as possible please?
